The Tour of Britain Cycle Race will pass along the A419 in Frampton Mansell between 12.30pm and 1pm on Friday 9 September. The riders will leave Tewkesbury at 11am and are expected in Cirencester at around 12.40pm but could arrive there 15 minutes either side of that time depending on conditions and the speed they are travelling at.
The A419 will be closed for approximately 30 minutes while the cyclists pass. As this is the first time a stoge of such a prestigious race has started and ended in Gloucestershire, it would be great if there was a good turnout to cheer the riders on as they pass. The stage will finish at Gloucester. With the start and finish within 10 miles of each other it is possible to attend both and it is hoped that many people will .
