E-scooters are coming to Gloucester and Cheltenham in October as part of a 12 month transport trial with national provider, Zwings.
Electric scooters are not legal in the UK, however from 4 July 2020, the Department of Transport has allowed people to use rental e-scooters as part of a strictly monitored ‘geofenced’ trial area, which means they will stop if the riders try to access an area off limits.
